Nicola Roberts


Nicola was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire, on 5 October 1985 and became the youngest member to join Girls Aloud.

In 2002, Nicola auditioned for Popstars: The Rivals and on 30 November 2002, Nicola was selected as one of the five group members.  Girls Aloud went on to achieve 20 consecutive Top-10 singles and 4 Number-One singles.  Girls Aloud were the biggest selling girl group of the 21st Century.

Nicola has always cared about the youth and after releasing her Dainty Doll range of cosmetics for pale-skinned girls, she gained support for a bill to be introduced to ban under-18s from tanning beds.

Nicola released her debut album Cinderella's Eyes in 2011, and promoted it at G-A-Y, London; this album has a varied genre of music tracks that are worth listening to.

In 2020, Nicola, dressed in an exotic Queen Bee costume performed on the ITV Show, the Masked Singer, winning the show and being unmasked during the final episode.  Girls Aloud and Nicola fans instantly recognised her unique clear and strong voice during the first episode.  A Blu-ray disk and album has been produced of the show.

The popularity of Nicola's Cinderella's Eyes album surged after her resoundingly excellent performance in the Masked Singer.
